Our Work at All Indian & International Ports
Dismantling & Lowering 30m Damaged Cargo Crane (15 Tons)
The Challenge
A 30m, 15-ton cargo crane on a vessel suffered major structural damage, becoming unsafe and inoperable. At a busy port with tight schedule, dry docking wasn't possible. Urgent, safe dismantling and controlled lowering were required to restore operations and avoid delays.
The Solution
Our certified team mobilized quickly with a detailed plan. Using synchronized cranes and hydraulics, we dismantled the crane section by section and lowered it safely to the dock. The operation was completed incident-free with minimal downtime and full approval.
Rewinding Ship Generator Motor
The Challenge
Ship generator motor failed due to insulation breakdown and winding burnout, causing power loss. Vessel had limited backup and was at sea or anchorage. Replacement was not practical due to time and cost. Fast in-situ repair was critical to restore power and avoid disruption.
The Solution
Our team arrived quickly and performed in-situ rewinding with marine-grade materials. After coil replacement, core inspection and balancing, we tested the unit under load. Generator was fully restored fast, with class approval, no dry docking needed.
Beaching Motor Launch for Steel Renewal & Painting
The Challenge
Motor launch suffered severe hull corrosion and pitting, risking structural failure. Beaching was required for access, but work had to be fast due to vessel downtime needs. Tidal windows, weather, and environmental constraints made thorough steel renewal and painting complex and urgent.
The Solution
We safely beached the vessel at a tidal site and stabilized it. After grit blasting and thickness gauging, we cut out and replaced damaged steel with marine-grade plates. The hull was then primed and coated with high-performance anti-corrosive and antifouling paints. Final tests confirmed quality; vessel was refloated quickly and returned to service.
